Why Work For Us?

Working for Wendy Johnstone Ltd.

What we do

Wendy Johnstone Ltd is a friendly, supportive award-winning business that has shown significant growth since its inception in September 2014.

We provide relationship driven bespoke support that is tailored around our client’s needs. No business is the same and we recognise the importance of listening to our clients and tailoring an offering that works for them.

To make this work effectively, our Ambassadors make sure that they put the customer at the heart of everything that we do.

We provide a contract, work shadowing, training and ongoing support in a safe environment with an experienced team member.

Working for Wendy Johnstone Ltd is a great option if you are just starting your own business, which can be very daunting or if you are looking for some extra hours and you don’t have the desire to look for your own clients.

How we select our team members?

Values are an important foundation at Wendy Johnstone Ltd, we recognise that everyone is different and bring differing skills and experience to the team. This is really important to us, as it allows Ambassadors to work together for the benefit of the client and it’s also a great way to get up-skilled.

It’s fundamental that Ambassadors are authentic, they can proactively manage themselves and work as part of a team.

Our ambition is to attract flowers, that put in the right environment with the right support, can truly blossom, just like Wendy herself.

“I appreciate how honest and transparent Wendy is, how clear she is on the expectations of me and because she is always incredibly complimentary about my work and my abilities, I feel more like a partner than an associate, which has given me confidence with my own clients too. All round, joining Wendy Johnstone Ltd as an Associate VA has proven to be a totally positive move for me and I look forward to many more years working with Wendy.”
