Wendy Johnstone Ltd was founded by Wendy back in September 2014.
PRINCE2 Project Manager
Wendy spent 13 years working for Barclays in the city and during that time qualified to be a Prince 2 Project Manager.
Wendy worked primarily in Learning and Development and Generalist HR, leading and implementing business change initiatives across audiences of up to 140,000 people.
Wendy found during this time that she enjoyed working with small businesses and loved achieving results through her relationships with people. This was the rationale behind Wendy’s business strategy and why Wendy Johnstone Ltd do what they do.

Award winning business
Wendy has created an award winning business, which highlights the supportive culture for entrepreneurs in Hertfordshire.
On many occasions in her corporate career, Wendy was side-lined for being an introvert. Now Wendy has truly blossomed and enjoys speaking at events, telling her story and sharing her many stories and tips with others.
For the love of cats
Since being a little girl, Wendy has always loved cats and feels honoured to be known as the mad cat lady.
Now running her own business Wendy has had the opportunity to give back to a number of deserving local cat charities. Coming up with novel ideas like reverse advent calendars, Wendy will stop at nothing to build a story for a press release in the local papers, not for her but to raise the profile of what a great job these cat charities do.
Wendy has her own rescue cat Molly, who has her own chair back in the Wendy Johnstone Ltd office – she is nearly more important than Wendy!
