At WJL our business is built on relationships. We feel that they are the foundation of any great business partnership. For us, great relationships are critical to achieving business success.
Most of our virtual assistant clients come from within our network. The initial connection is via our founder, Wendy Johnstone, followed by an informal chemistry session, when the client and the Virtual Assistant meet. This happens in person, rather than virtually! We find that this process allows the relationship to grow and solidify naturally. It’s also an opportunity to check that business values and the way we do business together are aligned.
Light bulb moment
If you’re considering enlisting the help of a Virtual Assistant, it’s important to remember how self-sufficient we have become. In 2020, we have everything we need at our fingertips. So a common issue we find is that business owners just don’t know what a Virtual Assistant could do for them or their business – how they add real value and make a positive difference.
This is where having a great relationship truly steps into play, as with a great relationship comes trust.
Wendy explains: “Our chemistry session is important for both the client and our Virtual Assistant to get to know one another. During the session, we explain exactly how our Virtual Assistant could help the client and where we could add value to their business.
“It’s great to then see the clients having ‘light bulb’ moments. They start to think about things that they had never considered before. They then realise the heavy burden of managing a successful business feels lighter already.”
One of the things we love at WJL is seeing how the partnership between the client and our Virtual Assistant strengthens. Over time, an appreciation for mutual respect, trust and confidence develops. Additionally, as the relationship grows, so too does the amount of work involved. Clients recognise that releasing admin tasks, frees up their time to concentrate on the more important aspects of their business.
With this in mind, we want to say “thank you” for the opportunity to partner with all of our clients and for trusting us with your business and your day-to-day jobs.
If you’re looking for a Virtual Assistant that can add value and free up your time, so that you can concentrate on your business, feel free to get in touch. We look forward to hearing from you.
