Setting up a process to include:
Designing a standard template.
Initially we will have a conversation with you to fully understand your needs.
We will then create a standard Excel template for you to use on a daily basis.
On your Excel template not only will you be able to track receipts but you will be able to track sales invoices, bank account and cash transactions, if you wish.
The benefit to you will be that all you have to do is populate on a regular basis or alternatively we can do this for you.
Establishing a process to track spend
We will work with you to establish the best process for you, this may involve our ongoing support.
The benefit to you being that you can do as little or as much as you wish, though many of our clients find that its more cost effective to outsource.
We will then document the process and ensure that you are ready to go.
Creating a system to store receipts.
An online system for storing your invoices would then be created via your online document storage system e.g Dropbox.
We would create folders ready for documents to be stored, so you don’t have to think about it.
Finally we would document the processes for you, so you have them to store electronically.
If at a later point you took on the services of a Bookkeeper, it would be easy to share with them how you work.
Training to get you started.
Its really important for us that you understand what we have created and how it all works.
We will spend an hour showing you everything we have created and how it all works.
The benefit to you will be that you can manage the process self sufficiently once we have gone.
Alternatively if this is all too much for you, we can continue to work for you on an ongoing basis, managing the process.

Ongoing help available to:
Capture, scan and store.
We can set-up a process where we can capture all of your receipts for you.
We can scan receipts for you so that you have an electronic file rather than a paper one
We can then track via your standard Excel template and categorise as some receipts will be business expense and some may be passed onto a client.
If your invoices are created by your Accountant, rather than yourself, we will set-up a process to make sure expenses are passed on to be charged.
The benefit to you is that you can have as much or as little support as you need.
Update the tracker.
As we mentioned above we can reference expenses as and when they are spent.
You will therefore be able to see what has been spent and whether it’s business or client spend.
The benefit to you will be that this will save your Accountant time and you money, everything will be logged and catagorised.
Reference & store.
Once receipts have been scanned, they will be referenced and stored for you.
If at a later point you need to access receipts, it will be easy for you to find what you need.
We will create new folders for you as and when they are needed, in line with your business accounting year.
