Setting up a system to include:
Tracking sales invoices, bank account and cash.
Initially we will have a conversation with you to fully understand your needs.
We will then create a standard Excel template for you to use on a daily basis.
On your Excel template you will be able to track your sales invoices, the activity on your bank account and any cash transactions you make
The benefit to you will be that all you have to do is populate on a regular basis or alternatively we can do this for you.
Creating an invoice template.
We will then create a sales invoice template for you to use, adding your logo and details.
The benefit being that once you have a template it will save you time and in addition it will create consistency.
You may decide that you would prefer to use an app, if so we could implement this for you. (there may be a small additional fee).
If you used an app there would be cost and time saving benefits.
Creating a process.
An online system for storing your invoices would then be created via your online document storage system e.g Dropbox.
We would create folders ready for documents to be stored, so you don’t have to think about it.
Finally we would document the processes for you, so you have them to store electronically.
If at a later point you took on the services of a Bookkeeper, it would be easy to share with them how you work.
Training to get you started.
Its really important for us that you understand what we have created and how it all works.
We will spend an hour showing you everything we have created and how it all works.
The benefit to you will be that you can manage the process self sufficiently once we have gone.
Alternatively if this is all too much for you, we can continue to work for you on an ongoing basis, managing the process.

Ongoing help available to:
Create, issue and chase.
We can set-up a process where we can create all of your sales invoices for you as and when they need sending out to clients.
Once created we will send the invoice to the client and track via your standard Excel tracker template.
If you then provide us with visibility of your business bank account, if invoices don’t get paid we can chase four you.
Many small businesses struggle with cashflow and the benefit to you is that invoices will be paid timely which will ease cashflow issues.
As we mentioned above we can reference invoices as and when they are created.
You will therefore be able to see what has been sent, what has been paid and what is outstanding.
The benefit to you will be that this will save your Accountant time and you money, when sending across to do your management accounts, VAT returns etc.
We can also help with sending information to your Accountant at the end of VAT periods or financial year if that’s helpful to you.
Reference and store.
Once invoices have been sent to the client, they will be referenced and stored for you electronically.
If at a later point you need to access invoices, it will be easy for you to find what you need.
We will create new folders for you as and when they are needed, in line with your business accounting year.
